Borderlands 3 (BL3) – Best Legendary Weapons from Bounty of Blood DLC

The Bounty of Blood DLC came out for Borderlands 3 just a while ago and it has undoubtedly proven itself to be the best BL3 DLC so far. The story is good, the campaign is good, and above all, the Legendary weapons are good.

This DLC has brought a lot of new legendary weapons and most of them are good. But nowadays, “good” is not enough in Borderlands 3. Especially on Mayhem 10 difficulty, where average weapons probably don’t do any damage.

So players are making sure that they are properly geared before they step out in the BL3 world at Mayhem 10 difficulty. That is why we have combined all the best weapons that the Bounty of Blood DLC has to offer in a list.

Borderlands 3 (BL3) – Best Legendary Weapons from Bounty of Blood DLC

[Note : The legendary weapons mentioned below are not ranked in any order. They are placed randomly on the list]

Here is a list of all the best legendary weapons from the bounty of blood DLC in Borderlands 3:

Complex Root

Though this weapon is a Sniper Rifle, it has very low range. But that lack of range is easily compensated by the extremely high damage numbers. There is no doubt that Complex Root is probably among the top three most powerful weapons in Borderlands 3 right now. This weapon does drop with various elements.

Light Show

The pistol is completely automatic. It shoots 4 shots but consumes just a single bullet. And due to the fire rate being really fast, you can reach some really insane DPS with this pistol. This weapon is perfect for taking down normal enemies as well as bosses. Even Mayhem 10 feels like a piece of cake with this.

Bloom

The Bloom is an extremely high damage Jakobs pistol. It is a tap-to-shoot but the fire rate is really fast. You can hold the trigger for a second or two to charge Burst Fire shots as well.

Flipper

It is a Maliwan SMG, which means you get two elements on the weapon that you can switch between. This weapon is extremely powerful and can easily take down normal enemies as well as bosses at Mayhem 10 difficulty.

Gargoyle

The bullets from Gargoyle deal damage upon impact and they also explode dealing the exact same damage. This weapon is only available in Corrosive Element. The Gargoyle also shoots Corrosive blobs along with the normal bullets that deal very high damage.

Robin’s Call

This is a Call weapon and if you have played the game enough then you should know that the specialty of Call weapons is upon critical hits you get 1 bullet back to your magazine and 1 bullet ricochets at the nearby enemy.

The damage on the Robin’s Call is extremely high and you can use this against normal enemies as well as bosses. A good Fade Away build is all you need on your Fl4k and you will find yourself clearing rooms with a blink of an eye.

Contained Blast

This is a Torgue weapon but it does come in different elements as well. Now if you have the single shot variant of the weapon then it will shoot one explosive shot and a sticky grenade. If you have the double shot(x2) variant then it will shoot 2 explosive shots and 2 sticky grenades. The explosive shots will deal damage immediately upon impact. But the sticky ones will explode after you reload the weapon.

Those were all the weapon that we think are the best that the DLC 3 has to offer. Of course there are a lot, but we chose the ones that we thought would be good for almost every situation. We personally tried these weapons with our Fl4k Fade Away build. And we can guarantee that none of these weapons would disappoint you.
