Light Show – Weapon Description

Light Show is a pistol of the Legendary or Orange rarity in Borderlands 3. The weapon is a part of the third DLC called Bounty of Blood. And is one of the best Legendaries that this DLC has to offer.

The pistol is completely automatic. It shoots 4 shots but consumes just a single bullet. And due to the fire rate being really fast, you can reach some really insane DPS with this pistol. This weapon is perfect for taking down normal enemies as well as bosses. Even Mayhem 10 feels like a piece of cake with this.

Just to demonstrate the power of the weapon, here is a video of the Light Show vs Kormash at Mayhem 10 difficulty:

How to get Light Show in Borderlands 3 (BL3)

You can get Light Show from Lasodactyl on Obsidian Forest – Crone’s Contentment at Gehenna. You obviously need to have the Bounty of Blood DLC in order to get this weapon. Start the DLC in order to get access to the mentioned locations. Here is the exact location of Lasodactyl:

Just spawn at Obsidian Forest – Crone’s Contentment and walk over to the location shown above. There is no save point near the location of Lasodactyl so you will have to travel this short distance every time you spawn in.

Lasodactyl is a flying creature, which means taking it down with guns that have bullet travel time is extremely frustrating. I would recommend you to farm for the Complex Root or the Bloom first. It will make the farm comparatively easier. The good thing is Lasodactyl does not have shields, so any good Corrosive or Incendiary weapon would do just fine.

Regarding the drop rate of Light Show, this weapon drops quite often from Lasodactyl. I have already managed to get three variants in just 10 runs. So I am guessing that the weapon is not that rare. I was farming at Mayhem 10 on Normal Mode.

If you are having trouble finding the location of Light Show, then here is a video that will guide you:
