What is Malignant Heart in Diablo 4?
In the Season of Malignant, players can get Malignant Hearts by defeating the corrupted enemies in the game and then inserting them on Rings and Necklaces with Infested Sockets to activate its unique effects. There are a total of 32 Malignant Hearts in the game.
How to use Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4?
The Rings and Necklaces you obtain in Season 1, that is, Season of Malignant, in the game might have Colored Infested Sockets. These sockets can be used to fit various types of Malignant Hearts. So, to use them, you must remember to match the type of Malignant Heart with the color of the Infested Socket on your piece of Jewelry. However, if your Jewelry does not have such a socket, you can add it at the Jeweler, which will have a random color.
Moreover, there exists a type of Malignant Heart called ‘Wrathful’. These are quite special as they can be inserted into any Infested Socket, regardless of color. However, remember that these are extremely rare and tough to find.
