  • Cluster Munitions: Lucky Hit: There’s a 20% chance you’ll launch three stun grenades that deal about 26-32 physical damage and stun enemies for half a second. Belongs to the Vicious type!
  • The Vile Apothecary: The attacks you initiate will have a 5-15% chance to apply all imbuement effects at 40-50% of their normal effectiveness. Belongs to the Wrathful type!
  • The Clipshot: Lucky Hit: Have a maximum of 20-40% chance to your skills of the Cutthroat kind to slow enemies by about 40% for 3 seconds. Further, your Marksman skills will knock back enemies. The Devious Type!

Now that we’ve got that out, let’s cover some basics regarding Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4.

What are Malignant Hearts?

Being released along with the game’s first season, Malignant Hearts provide certain benefits regarding effects on certain classes. As we’ve mentioned earlier, some of these are specific to classes, while others generally apply to a number of those classes. Different kinds of Malignant Hearts have different effects you could activate once you’ve inserted them into jewelry containing “Infested Sockets”.

How to use Malignant Hearts?

A Malignant Heart can be used by affixed to Jewelry (rings and necklaces) with an Infested Socket. You might not have an Infested Socket in every kind of Jewelry you have, and to add one to the jewellery, you already have, you only need to visit a jeweler to get it done. You should probably know, though, that if you’re adding a socket, it will have a color assigned to it automatically.

Colors are assigned to Malignant Hearts and Jewelry Sockets you want to add to. Hence, you need to match both of them to make a possible match and to activate its effects, with the exception, of course, being “Wrathful” type Malignant Hearts. These can be affixed to any color out there!

That’s everything we had on the Malignant Hearts for the Rogue Class in Diablo 4.
