What is Berserk in Diablo 4

Certain skills for the Barbarian class provide you with the option to go “Berserk” every once in a while, and that is contingent on whether your skills are upgraded to the said level, meaning that there are certain skills that lie in the path of you being able to use the Berserk ability which needs to be upgraded for you to get access to the effect.

Once you’ve upgraded those skills, you need to press S to fire up the skills menu, browse through, and select the skill you’d want to activate with a single hotkey press. Once you’ve decided, press that hotkey to activate the skill and the Berserking effect. If you’re wondering which skills offer Berserk for the Barbarian class, here’s a complete list!-

  • Wrath of the Berserker: Gain unstoppable and Berserking for 5 seconds as you explode into rage. Further, for 10 seconds, direct damage dealt through basic skills would grant Berserking 5 seconds overall.
  • Battle Fervor: Berserk for XX seconds if at least a Brawling Skill damages one enemy.
  • Prolific Fury: Fury Generation is increased by X% while you’re Berserking.
  • Aggressive Resistance: XX% of Damage Reduction increases while Berserking,

Those were the skills that provide Berserking effects or other effects that are related to it, but as we mentioned earlier, there are certain skill upgrades that you’ll need to be on the lookout for. Here’s a complete list of them as well-

  • Battle Frenzy: Gain 5% of additional attack speed every time you Berserk for every stack of Frenzy you’ve got.
  • Furious Double Swing: Get two additional seconds of the total duration of Berserking while casting Double Swing.
  • Warrior’s Death Blow: If you manage to damage one enemy at least, you’ll gain an additional Berserking duration of 3 seconds.
  • Violent Upheaval: If you damage two enemies using Upheaval, the Berserking duration increases by 2 seconds, increasing to 3 if you’ve managed to damage 4.
  • Enhanced Warcry: Get an additional Berserking duration of 4 seconds through Warcry.
  • Fighter’s Steel Grasp: Gain an additional Berserking duration of 2 seconds if you’ve dealt
