Equip Aspects in Diablo 4 – The latest Diablo 4 constantly provides its players with newer gears to try out the new play styles. With the help of Aspects, players will be able to choose what powerful upgrades they want to apply to their weapons, basically letting them decide that in the later levels, what their build would seem like.
In Diablo 4, Aspects are the powerful upgrades players obtain by clearing the game’s various dungeons. They are split into two types, offensive and defensive, for players’ armor and weapons. However, a lot of them are class specific. So, regardless of the class that the players choose to go with, there is a chance that they would unlock aspects for the other classes too.
In the Codex of Power, Aspects show the players the permanent ones fixed or carried across all their varied characters. Although this seems quite an easy source, players can also extract them from the Legendary gear pieces (with mostly the same functions, they create a consumable). Any build is defined by its Aspects, so it is advised that players look out for the best ones that best suit their play style.
How to Equip Aspects in Diablo 4
After players obtain an Aspect, they need to head to an Occultist in any of the major towns in the game. Upon reaching there, they can select the desired gear piece to equip an Aspect on (only the rare items or better). While players can equip the armor pieces with the Defensive aspects, the Offensive can be equipped with weapons. No matter the class the players are in, as on the gear, players can equip class-specific Aspects; this would render it unusable for the other classes.
If the players insert an Aspect at a rare time, its rarity will increase to that of Legendary, making it more powerful. Aspects can also be drawn out of any item, which will weaken the gear and free up the Aspect, which can then be placed on another gear. Mixing and matching aspects is one of the key ways to round out the builds in the end-game content.
Extracted Aspects in Diablo 4
Another way that players can get aspects in the game is by going to the Occultist and getting their Legendary gear’s Aspect extracted(as it already comes with one). However, doing so will destroy the gear. Players don’t get the usual Aspect from this. Players can find it in their Aspects menu of the inventory, an item form created by it. Then, this disposable aspect can be placed on another gear piece at the Occultist. Doing so allows players to modify their build as they see fit, but pulling off the best part and using it accordingly.
Viewing Aspects in Diablo 4
When players get their first aspect, they also access the Codex of Power in the Collection menu. Players can view all of the aspects of the game here. You can view all the aspects of the game, along with even the ones for other classes. Note that Aspects are shared across the profile, allowing players to obtain the other classes’ aspects before starting up a new character and consecutively using them to power them up quickly.
