Coming with a strong base of neutral stats, the Melted Heart of Selig is a one-of-a-kind item in Diablo 4. This item ensures that it helps you maintain your health and resources at once, making it worth having. Getting one of these could be complicated, but you have us!

Here’s how you could get the Melted Heart of Selig:

First, you won’t be able to access or get the Melter Heart of Selig if you haven’t yet reached character level 85. This particular item is rare for getting it as a random drop at even Torment difficulty. Further, the best way we’d suggest you follow would be farming Nightmare Dungeons; this is by far the most efficient and effective in obtaining the best items in the game.

You’ll undoubtedly be rewarded with extra XP if you’re completing Nightmare dungeons, but at the same time, you’ll also have a chance to obtain items at their Sacred or Ancestral levels. Lastly, there are completion rewards simultaneously, which ensure you get at least one legendary-type item that could also be of a unique rarity!

As we’ve mentioned earlier, the chances for you to get this particular amulet in the game are very low. Still, the best part about it is that you’ll have a chance to get it as a drop from all kinds of enemies, meaning that you could head out to farm some other item from your enemy while you get the Melted Heart of Selig as a reward. No enemies in the game currently provide an increase in chances in any way whatsoever, so even if you’re looking to farm some other rare items to obtain, you won’t miss out on a chance to get this as a drop too!

Another way you could get the Melted Heart of Selig is through Helltide events in the form of Tortured Gift Chests. These chests provide guaranteed Amulet drops, and we think you should opt for the Tortured Gift chest rather than going for any other type of it because it’s the most efficient of its kind. Maximize your efficiency this way!

Let’s say you’ve acquired the Melted Heart of Selig; it’ll provide 30% of the maximum resource to the one who carries it, converting damage absorbed into resource lost. You’ll lose about 3-8 resources for every 1% of life that you’d have lost if you didn’t have the Heart. This means that you’ll now have your Resource bar usable in the same terms on top of your health bar. If you’ve got a build that churns out excess amounts of a primary resource, this item is perfect for you!

Lastly, this item works exceptionally well when used by HotA Barbarian or a bone spear Necromancer because these builds usually put off maximum resources!

That’s everything we had on The Melted Heart of Selig’s location in Diablo 4.
