Hogwarts Legacy is finally out, and as you explore the world as a student at Hogwarts, you’ll often come across doors that aren’t accessible. These doors have been classified into three levels, Level 1, 2 and 3, depending on what’s actually behind them. You won’t be taught how to access them upfront. Hence, in this article by Frondtech, we’ll be guiding you with how you can access those doors. Keep reading!
How to open Level 1 Lock Doors in Hogwarts Legacy
The very basic thing you’ll need is the Alohomora Spell, following which you’ll be required to solve a mini-game puzzle. Once you’ve done both, you’ll get access to the specific door.
Now, if you’re wondering as to how you could get your hands on the Alohomora spell, you’ll be required to complete the Caretakers Lunar Lament quest, which happens to be a part of the main story. If you’ve completed it, you might’ve saved yourself a bit of time. If you haven’t, however, we recommend you check back in once you’ve completed the quest.
Upon completion of the stealth mission in the quest, you’ll be able to use Alohomora Spell to open up the Level 1 doors. This would be applicable at the Hogwarts castle, the countryside, and basically all over. That was all about level 1 doors. But if you’re curious as to how you could access level 2 and 3 doors, here’s how:
How to unlock Level 2 and Level 3 Lock Doors
To open Level 2 and Level 3 doors, you’ll basically have to level up the same spell. This can be done doing “The Man Behind the Moons” quest, where your job would be to gather more Demiguise Moons and taking them to Gladwin Moon. In return for the same, he’ll teach you Alohomora Level 2 and Alohomora Level 3, which are stronger and can open level 2 and 3 doors.
This isn’t a part of the main storyline though, so if you’re looking to do this, you’ll have to do it through “The Man behind the Moons” side quest!
