Braytech Osprey God Roll Destiny 2

Braytech Osprey God Roll

It is quite obvious that most people are going to farm for a PvE God Roll on the Braytech Osprey, as nobody really farms Rocket Launchers specifically for PvP. With that being said, here is what I think the Braytech Osprey God Roll:

  • Launcher Barrel: Quick Launch (+10 Velocity, +15 Handling)
  • Magazine: Impact Casing (Gives a nice +10% impact damage increase, resulting in a total damage increase of 2.2%)
  • Trait #1: Auto-loading Holster (I mainly use RLs on Bosses and Champions, so I personally find Envious Assassin and Field Prep useless. I am more into quick-swapping.)
  • Trait #2: Lasting Impression (The only good PvE perk in this slot.)
  • Origin Trait: Vanguard’s Vindication (Still don’t see the point of Stunning Recovery on Rocket Launchers. But ok, Bungie.)
  • Masterwork: Velocity (For Boss phases, it is best to have as much velocity as possible. With Impact Casing, increasing Blast Radius doesn’t make sense)
  • Mod: Boss Spec

Braytech Osprey Adept God Roll

  • Launcher Barrel: Quick Launch (+10 Velocity, +15 Handling)
  • Magazine: Impact Casing (Gives a nice +10% impact damage increase, resulting in a total damage increase of 2.2%)
  • Trait #1: Auto-loading Holster
  • Trait #2: Lasting Impression
  • Origin Trait: Vanguard’s Vindication (Both Origin traits are useless on Rocket Launchers.)
  • Masterwork: Velocity (For Boss phases, it is best to have as much velocity as possible. With Impact Casing, increasing Blast Radius doesn’t make sense)
  • Mod: Adept Big Ones Spec

How to get Braytech Osprey and Braytech Osprey Adept in Destiny 2

To get Braytech Osprey, you must do The Devil’s Lair Nightfall at Legend or Master Difficulty.

I am writing this article on November 21, 2023, and The Devil’s Lair is on rotation this week. So, if you are seeing this, go and do it immediately.

To get the Braytech Osprey Adept, you will have to do The Devil’s Lair Nightfall at Grandmaster Difficulty, which is probably the most challenging activity in Destiny 2. I agree that it is not everyone’s cup of tea. Even if you manage to get the normal God Roll Braytech Osprey. You are pretty much set.

But I would still recommend that you try your best to get the Adept version.
