There is no doubt that Starfield is filled with content and a ton of secrets. There is something for every RPG fan. Though players have already unearthed a lot of secrets, I am pretty sure there are plenty out there that are yet to be discovered. One such secret is the Almagest, a flying space station that is also a casino. Now, entering Almagest is pretty starightforward. You go near it, Dock, and then Board. Once you enter Almagest, all you have to do is keep going down and eliminate the enemies, until you discover the Jackpot room. No issues here. The part where players are struggling is when they need to Exit the Almagest. And I don’t blame them. Things can be very difficult inside the Almagest, since you are constantly floating at zero gravity. So how do you exit?
How to Exit Almagest
- In order to exit the Almagest, first make sure that you have eliminated all the enemies. Otherwise, they will keep messing with you.
- Once you have dealt with them, look for the Bar as shown in the screenshot below:
- It should be in the middle of the room.
- Now, look on the opposite side of the bar. You will notice an Red Exit sign that looks like this:
- Follow it, and look up.
- You should notice a Pentagon-shaped Ceiling Light. This is what it looks like:
- Just beside that light is the exit to the corridor through which you entered Amalgest the first.
- Now just go through the corridor and you should find the exit.
Almagest Secret Rewards
Let’s talk about the Jackpot Room in Almagest, I was talking about earlier. So, Almagest has a secret room that lets you claim a jackpot, and also rewards you with some Contraband items.
The entrance to that Jackpot Room is actually a vent on the side of the huge Vault Door. Here is what it looks like:
Go through the vent, and you should find yourself inside the Jackpot Room. First, you will notice a huge Contraband Cache there. I got Sentient AI Adapter and VA’ RUUN Heretic Writing from there. But the rewards can differ for different people.
Inside the room, you will also find a computer. That is how you access the Jackpot. Interact with the Computer/Terminal called Jackpot Backend, and click on Input Jackpot Combination. You will get 4 numbers on your screen. Here is what you need to select:
- Select 12 first.
- Then select 19.
- 36 next.
- Final number is 5.
Basically, the combination to the Almagest Jackpot is: 12-19-36-5.
Once you input the combination correctly, you should get around 3700 Credits. I know it isn’t much. But hey! Free money is free money.
