Starfield: How to Dock Ship with Nova Galactic Staryard

In search of an NPC named Moara while doing “The Old Neighbour” mission, you, while in your ship, will be asked to “Dock with Nova Galactic Staryard“, which is also a huge ship in itself. Here is how to do it:

How to Dock Ship with Nova Galactic Staryard

In order to successfully Dock your ship without failures, the first thing you need to do is make sure that you have maxed out your Shields. The reason I am saying that is because when colliding with big ships, your ship will take insane damage and eventually will get destroyed. Having shields allows you to withstand a couple of hits before your ship gets destroyed.

The next thing you need to is select the Ship you are trying to dock with. In this case, aim towards Nova Galactic Staryard and Press E (or whatever your Select button is), to select the ship. You will know that you have successfully selected the ship once the name of the ship pops up on your screen. If the name of the ship is not showing up, it means you need to select it again.

Once you have selected it, start moving towards it. Make sure that your speed is not high. Two points to your Engine, is what I recommend. Once you are close enough to the Nova Galactic Staryard, you will get the option to Dock. Just Hold R (or whatever your Dock button is) to dock successfully.

Once you have docked, hold X (or whatever your Board button is) to board and enter the ship.

I was surprised to see how so many players were having issues figuring this out. You know that the tutorial system is trash when things like this happen.
