There is no specific method to bring up the route, and it is randomly triggered anywhere on the map, when Dahlia drags you to shore, she shows you her rock skipping technique, and then is given a quest by the Herald of Summer.

- Socks: Creativity
Event #3 (Herald of Autumn)
- Drones: Bold
- Poison: Smarts
