How to make Dynamite in LEGO Fortnite
Dynamite is a crafted item. To make the item you will need to find the following resources and use in on a Work Bench. These are the resources that you need to find.
- 3x Knotroot Rods
- 1x Blast Powder
Knotroot Rods
Knotroot Rods are fairly easy to find inside the caves. You will have to cut those down using your Uncommon Forest Axe. As soon as you have collected enough Knotroot Rods, get back to the Lumber Mill in the village. Turn the Knotroot Rods in a 1:1 Ratio by interacting with the structure.
Blast Powder
Blast Powder is a fairly complicated resource to find. It is one of those resources which cannot be crafted and needs to be found manually. It can be confusing if you have no idea where to look for it.
Killing the Enemies
The easiest option to get Blast Powder is by killing the Enemies. Remember that not all of them will drop the Blast Powder. You need to take down the Skeleton Pirates to get the Blast Powder. Remember that these kinds of mobs spawn only at nighttime at the beach biomes.
Apart from that they spawn in groups both as melee and ranged fighters. You can take them down easily if you have the following items with you.
- Sheild – Sheild is a must when fighting against the Archers.
- Swords – Take more swords, as the swords have a limited lifetime before they break (and it happens pretty quickly).
- Recurve Crossbow and Arrows – This is great for ranged attacks and taking down archers.
- Ally – You can take an NPC friend with you to help aid you in the fight.
- Food – This will keep you alive.
With an ample amount of these in your inventory, you will have a high chance of getting the Blast Powder after taking down all the Skeleton Pirates.
Search Chests and Llamas
However, if you don’t want to engage in a battle you can find blast powder if you search the Chests or Llamas. Chests are laid throughout the map, and you will find those during your exploration. Remember that these chests can be found while exploring the caves and inside ruined houses. However, getting a Llama Spawned can be difficult and it is quite rare. Look out for a Sparking Rainbow and follow that if you happen to spot a Llama Spawn. Both searchings for Chests and Llamas can be worthwhile as you might get the Blast Powders.
