After you have done both of the above-mentioned tasks, you will be able to unlock the Dynamic Foundations Recipe in LEGO Fortnite.
How to use the Dynamic Foundations in LEGO Fortnite
Once you get the Dynamic Foundations blueprint in LEGO Fortnite, you will be able to find that under the Toys Tab. You need to open up your build Menu for that. You can use Dynamic Foundations to build vehicles to traverse the whole map. You can also add wheels and balloons to help it move or fly around the map.
