How to infiltrate Winter Palace in AC Mirage
You can find this particular quest during the Master Thief of Anbar mission. This will be a longer quest than the Ledger one, but it won’t be a hassle if you are fairly acquainted with AC games. So to infiltrate the Winter Palace in AC Mirage, you would have to do the following:-
- Follow Nehal, and she will lead you to the top of a roof where you must wait till nightfall.
- As you regain control of Basim, you must keep your heads down and follow Nehal through the bushes. Press C to crouch and start following her.
- Remember that this area is restricted, so you must stay low. Use the Eagle Vision by pressing V as and when required.
- You can either follow Nehal or find an entrance for yourself inside the castle.
- You will soon come to the castle’s entrance, where you can knockout the guards. Also, don’t forget to loot the chest that is nearby.
- Go down the Stairs following Nehal, and you will soon reach a locked door.
- Now, you need to retrieve the key from the nearby guard. But remember that Elite Guards are patrolling around him, so you need to be careful about your movement.
- Reach the guard and knock him down. Steal the key from him and return it to Nehal. The Elite Guards will still be patrolling, so plan your path to avoid detection.
- Upon reaching the door, unlock it, and a cutscene will start.
- Once you are back in control, sneak back into the room, and a cutscene will start again, resulting in a fight between you and Al-Mutawakkil.
- After the cutscene, you will be chased by the Templar guards. It will be a long run, so use rooftops more rather than staying on the ground.
