How to get Dreamcatcher in Remnant 2

Another reason for the Dreamcatcher would be that it’s a key step toward unlocking the Invader class (archetype). We’ve composed a complete step-by-step guide on how you could unlock the Invader class, and for the same, click HERE. Moving on, here’s how to get the Dreamcatcher in Remnant 2.

You must place the Nightweaver Stone Doll in The Web, a sub-dimension for the Tormented Asylum. The lengthy procedure requires you to complete many quests before you can get to this one. Further, you’ll also be needed to complete the storyline in Losomn, but should you be done with both of these, here’s the rest of it-

  • While clearing out Losomn, you’ll eventually make it to the Asylum, where you’ll face a whole array of enemies you’ll be required to eliminate. This is essential as you can collect the three Carve-Stoned Dolls. Further, these dolls spawn randomly around the building, and you’ll be required to collect all three by searching around.

  • Once you’ve collected all three of the dolls, you’ll be required to go after Vicious Vortex, which can be located in a shed in the backyard of this location itself. Once you’ve managed to defeat Vicious Vortex, you’ll get some other rewards, along with a key to the third floor of the barn. Make sure you collect it as it’s very essential.

  • Make your way to the third floor of the building and exit through an open window to pick up the Prison Cell Key on a small balcony adjacent. Once you’ve done so, get to the basement of the building and interact with the head doctor, who you’ll find is locked in a cell. The interact menu basically does everything, and you’ll just be expected to give those dolls to the doctor, and once you have, just open the prison cell door using the Prison Cell Key. Get inside the cell and collect the Nightweaver stone doll that you’ll find on the floor of the same cell.
    Vicious Vortex
  • Once you’ve done much of the quest, move along and get through the main plot until you reach the Magister Dullian Boss. Defeat him and move towards the exit by heading down. While you make it out of the same structure, you’ll find that the webs keep increasing as you move closer to the Nightweaver. At the very bottom, you’ll come across the Nightweaver, who will be otherwise busy, let’s say. He will notice you and retreat, after which you must collect a Soulkey Tribute next to the corpse.
  • Return to the Asylum’s basement and use the Soulkey Tribute by placing it in the Strange Web. This’ll open up a passage to the Tormented Asylum’s sub-dimension.
  • Once you’ve reached the sub-dimension, you must go head-on against the Nightweaver. Once you’ve defeated the Nightweaver, you’ll notice a darker web in the room you freed the doctor from, head to the same and place the Nightweaver Stone Doll in there to get the Dreamcatcher Weapon!

It’s quite a task to acquire the Dreamcatcher, but given its abilities and stats, it’s absolutely worth it. Further, once you’ve done so much, you can also aim to unlock the Invader class, as you’ve done a much larger portion of the required tasks. The Dreamcatcher’s stats are as follows-

  • Damage: 58
  • Weak Spot Damage: 95%
  • Critical Hit Chance: 5%
  • Stagger Modifier: 3%

As we had previously mentioned, in addition to the base stats, the weapon offers a Dreamwave ability that slows down enemies for 10 seconds along with additional movement speed backed with a 2% increase in all base stats, contingent on whether you’ve dealt a total of 250 damage in total with the weapon!

That’s everything we had on how you could get the Dreamcatcher Melee Weapon in Remnant 2.
