- Firstly, you will need to pick the villager and chat with them.
- Select “Let’s talk about jobs”.
- You will get a list of jobs that you can now select to assign.
- Now, this availability of jobs depends on the stations that you have built and the level of your village.
- Say, for example, if you have your village level as 2 and you have also built a Lumber Mill, then you can process wood.
- After you have assigned the job, you can talk to them only once per in-game day to gather resources from them that they have collected from their assigned job.
