With this, you must return to your first safe house at Kress Street to obtain the Hawk rifle as a reward. Once you’re at the stage where you meet with Reed and eventually return to President Myers, the spy buys her a ticket that takes her out of the picture. At this point, all I did was make it back to the safehouse to find the Hawk rifle resting against the wall towards the right-hand side of the hallway. The best part is that you can grab the Hawk rifle from here, and it’s completely free to use thereon, making this one of the easiest possible grabs on an iconic weapon in Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty DLC.

Given these stats, the Hawk is considered a tier 3 weapon. However, it’s enough to last through all of the extended campaigns in Phantom Liberty, which makes it one of the best picks to be made overall. Further, the weapons you purchase from the Black Market Vendor probably don’t even come close to that of a Hawk, making it more special and one-of-a-kind that’s worth obtaining.
