How to get the Harlequin Crest?
One of the unique helms in the game, Diablo 4 is the Harlequin Crest. Because it is usable across every class, it is one of the greatly desirable ones in the game, Diablo 4. For any hits that the player takes, its bonus will give them greatly reduced damage and also, to every skill, an additional four ranks. This will eventually get the whole skill tree at their disposal, thus enabling a chance for the otherwise impossible builds to flourish.
Although remember that it is not easy for the players to locate/find the Harlequin Crest because it is a unique item and is on the highest of all the rarity levels, so if you want to get this coveted helm, then for exploring the endgame dungeons in the game, you will need the best of the builds with your chosen pick of the five classes in the game. Still, players might spend many hours before they get their hands on it.
Where to find the Harlequin Crest?
First and foremost, any player’s character must be at least a level 85 or more. Then, in World Tier Four: Torment, it will appear either inside a chest or as a random drop. Players will have to tackle the endgame content in the game, like the Nightmare Dungeons and Helltide events, to have a real shot at finding the Harlequin Crest. This is because the odds of finding this Harlequin Crest are less than 1%.
This was confirmed by the lead designer of the game, Adam Jackson, in a tweet where the Harlequin Crest was listed among the six rarest items in the game. It also mentioned that they would drop at an item power of 820.
So, like all of the items in the game with unique rarity, farming the above-mentioned events for the Harlequin Crest will require a great deal of luck and quite some time. Keep in mind that this item is one of the rarest ones in the game, and given the fact that the first photos of the item surfaced just a while ago, the chances of players being able to capture them will be quite slim.
It will take you quite a lot of hours grinding away at the endgame content, but there is hope that you will eventually get one of these to pop onto the equipment slot of your character.
Remember that for the players to use the Harlequin Crest, they need to be level 100, and this unique item is account-bound (players can’t trade it).
The description of the Harlequin Crest reads as follows: “This headdress was once worn by an assassin disguised as a court mage. Her treachery was unveiled, but not before she used its magic to curse the king’s entire lineage. – The Fall of House Aston”.
