Mystic Spearhand Dragon's Dogma 2

How to get Mystic Spearhand in DD2

Here are the two ways of unlocking or getting it in Dragon’s Dogma 2:

By conversing with Sigurd during the Readveant of Calamity Quest

After you progress into the main storyline, you can trigger the Readveant of the Calamity Quest by simply using an Oxcart and returning to Melve. After reaching the Melve, you will face a dragon. Fight him until it flies off. Find Sigurd nearby, and you will be able to recognize him because of the spear-like weapon that he will have. Talk about his manner of fighting, and it will help you unlock the Mystic Spearhand Vocation. You can change your vocation to the Mystic Spearhand by spending 200DCP and attending a Vocation Guild.

By conversing with Sigurd at the Dragon’s Breath Tower Entrance

But if you have somewhat missed out on doing the quest, and you do not make your return to Melve, then you can try unlocking it by talking to the Sigurd near the Dragons Breath Tower Entrance. You will find this area located at the south of the Enoa Battahl Forest. Remember that this quest will take a few more minutes to complete than the one discussed above.

How to use the Mystic Spearhand

Fight with Shields up only

Make sure your Mirour Vesture is active when using Mystic Spearhand. The Mirour Vesture is your primary survival spell, making this vocation incredibly powerful. Follow this order for your combo to maintain the shields Mirour Vesture > Attack > Activate Mirour Visture again before it expires, and this will have your shields. Remember that the Mirour Vesture unlocks at Vocation Rank 3.

Avoid attacks using the Skiedragoun’s Fangtooth

The Skiedragoun’s Fangtooth can be used to evade enemies, so time your Mystic Spearhand activation.

Use Scatering Bolt to Attack the Flying Enemies

Use the Scatering Bolt to shoot down aerial enemies. You can use the Quick Fot to dash towards your enemy to take them down.
