Of the biggest roles in the game, Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is played by Cyberware. This is more so if you plan on focusing on hacking in the game. If you are looking to maximize your quick hacks efficacy, then you and I are both aware that you will have to get your hands on the best Cyberdeck you can find.
This is because these pieces are going to get us quite valuable bonuses. And talking about Cyberdecks, probably the best in the game is the Tetratronic Rippler MK.5. Let us see how you can get your hands on this beast!
Tetratronic Rippler MK.5 in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
You can get the MK.5 Cyberdeck from any Ripperdoc, once you reach level 40. Apart from the Tetratonic Rippler MK.5 Cyberdeck, there is one other Cyberdeck that I would recommend trying your hands at. It is: ‘Raven Microcyber MK.3’. Let us see a little about it.
- Raven Microcyber MK.3: Mainly focuses on spreading the quick hacks to all the enemies nearby; although not as great as Tetratronic, it is still quite powerful.
Given that this Cyberdeck is considered the best in the game by far, here is a little to know about it before I can explain how you can get it. The following are the stats and bonuses of the Rippler at Tier 5++ (You will see that this Rippler incentivizes the use of quick hacks that are both combat and non-combat with each other):

Additionally,
- For the enemies affected by non-combat Quichacks, there is an additional +15% weapon damage.
- When Combat quick hands are followed by a non-combat quick hand immediately after, there is an additional +40% damage.
- It also provides +12 Max RAM.
- To all the enemies that are within an 8m range, when overlock is activated, all the Reboot Optics and Weapon Glitch automatically upload.
One last thing I would say is that in the main mission, ‘Somewhat Damaged’, you can get a Crafting spec for an Iconic Cyberdeck. This is the ‘Militech Canto MK.6’, which allows you to use the Blackwall Gateway. You know this means a spreading quickly that would deal immense damage to neural systems and cyberware. Although this is still not a replacement for the Rippler, you might as well try your hands on it when you can.
