Prompt Critical – Description
Prompt Critical is a Pistol of the Legendary or Orange rarity in Borderlands 3. The weapon is a part of the fourth DLC called Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck. And is one of the best weapons that this dlc has to offer.
The Prompt Critical functions a lot like the Unkempt Harold. In fact, it is better than the Harold. The damage on this weapon is really great and so is the splash radius. The weapon has two modes, Impact and Sticky. The special ability of the Prompt Critical is that subsequent stuck gyrojets combine increasing the damage and the radius of the detonation. It is quite simple, the more you stick the more damage you will deal.
How to get the Prompt Critical (Drop Location)
Prompt Critical drops from Evil Lilith on Castle Crimson in Krieg’s Mind. You obviously need to start the Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC in order to get access to the mentioned locations. Here is the exact location of Evil Lilith:
Just spawn at Castle Crimson – The Walls and walk over to the location shown above. It is straight walk, so you shouldn’t have any problem finding the location.
Regarding the drop rate of Prompt Critical, I am not really sure. The drop rate of this weapon seems to be on the lower side so I think this pistol is a bit uncommon. I managed to get three after doing 20 runs. I was farming at Mayhem 10 on Normal Mode.
