How to make Wooden Rods and Planks in Lego Fortnite
First things first, you will need to acquire the Lumber Mill’s recipe, following which you’ll need to build a lumber mill station before you can go any further with this. To unlock the lumber mill recipe, you need to upgrade your village and for that, all you need to do is head up to a village square and offer 15 wood and 15 granite. Once you’ve got the recipe, it’ll set you back about 8 wood and 15 granite to finally build the lumber mill.
Once you’ve built the mill, just feeding normal wood into it is all it takes to get planks and wooden rods as a product of the same. To get started with it, press A or X on the rods or planks, then the resource, and finish it by pressing the “up” key on your D-pad. This’ll feed wood into the mill and progress a yellow bar on your screen. Once the bar has filled up, the mill will produce rods or planks, depending on how much wood you’ve filled it up with.
Once they’ve been produced, simply press triangle or Y to collect the finished product! You may now use them for any purpose that you deem fit!
