Unlocking Engineer class in Remnant 2
The first and foremost thing that you will have to do in your quest to unlock the Engineer class is to pay a visit to the second overworld on N’erud, and then within the fog that surrounds the area, look for the Alien Device. If you want to use the Engineer class and equip the Dryzy Caliper, you must return this device to Wallace.
First found by ‘Legacy Gaming’, they mention that using the Explorer’s Treasure Hunter skill (at level 10) will allow you to see, in the fog, the corpse and, beneath it, the alien device too.

| Prime Perk | A deployed or carried heavy weapon will overclock when you hold the skill button. This grants increased fire rate, infinite ammo, and also, for 15 seconds, 25% increased damage. |

| Magnetic Field | To all of the allies within a radius of 2.5m, a 15% damage reduction will be granted by Heavy Weapons. |
| Heavy Mobility | While carrying a heavy weapon, by 35%, movement speed is increased. |
| Surplus | 15% of heavy weapon ammo is refilled by using a relic. When a heavy weapon is stowed, the bonus is doubled. |
