How to activate First Person Mode in Helldivers 2
One of the most anticipated Co-op shooters of 2024 is finally out. I am obviously talking about Helldivers 2. Helldivers 2 is a Third-Person Coop shooter that borrows quite a few elements from games like Outriders. Now, Outriders didn’t have a first person mode. But does Helldivers 2 have one?
The answer is yes. Helldivers 2 does have a first-person mode. But it is not really a conventional first-person mode, where the entire game goes into first-person view. Instead, you only enter into first-person view when Aiming Downsights from your weapon.
To activate the first-person mode, ADS with your weapon by pressing L2 on your Controller, and while holding L2, press R3(Right Stick Press). You have to make sure that you are holding L2, or by just pressing R3, you will just initiate a Melee.
On PC, press Right-click on your Mouse to ADS, and then Press your Scroll-wheel to enter into first-person mode.
One thing you have to remember is that as soon as you get out of ADS, you will again go back into third-person mode. So, if you are someone who doesn’t enjoy dynamically switching your perspectives, we would suggest that you keep everything as it is.
