Once you find Duncan Hobhouse in Hogwarts Legacy, interact with him. After talking to him, your Venomous Valour Side Quest will start. You will have first to find and enter the Hidden Herbology Corridor.
To get to that Corridor, follow the yellow line marker, which will lead you to your destination. Remember that you must travel around Hogwarts garden and then get down to find a door on your left covered with Dry Vines. Use your Incendio Spell to burn the vines and get to the door.
Press the F Button on your Keyboard to get enter Hidden Herbology Corridor. The game will start loading, and you will find yourself inside that corridor. Walk straight, but beware, the area is swarming with venomous snakes. Use your Incendio Spell again to burn the snakes off and make your way through the corridor.
Continue doing that, and you will soon reach a giant Venomous plant, and that is precisely your location from where you need to gather the evidence. All you need to do is first cast the Revelio spell to reveal and then go near the venomous plant and press F to collect the Giant Venomous Tentacula Leaf as the evidence for Duncun Hobhouse.
After collecting it, you will find a ladder you need to climb. The game will start loading again, and you will be back at Hogwarts Greenhouses. Now all you need to do is get back to Ducan and give him the Tentacula Leaf. Get back to Defence against the Dark Arts Tower, and Duncan will be waiting for you on the ground floor.
Give him the evidence, i.e. the giant tentacula venomous leaf. As soon as you are done interacting with him, you will have your side quest “Venomous Valour” completed, and you will also get the Venomous Tentacula Robe as a reward.
