Best TYR Loadout (Akimbo) in MW3

Despite borrowing most of its weapons from MW2, Modern Warfare 3 has added a significant amount of new weapons. From new ARs to SMGs, there is something new to try in every weapon class.

Modern Warfare 3 has also brought some new Handguns. The TYR Handgun is one of them. I have already leveled up the TYR to the max level, and have also unlocked the Gold or Gilded Camo for the weapon. Here is what I think is the best Akimbo Build for the TYR in MW3:

I have been using the Akimbo Tyr Setup as my secondary, and let me tell you that when it comes to holding positions at Close Range, the Akimbo Tyr beats every shotgun in the game. This Loadout perfectly complements every primary in the game. Yes, the Laser will be visible to the enemies, but it doesn’t matter because you will eliminate them immediately when they come in front of you.

Now, let’s check out the other things that you have to carry with TYR in order to make it more effective.

Tactical	Stim
Lethal	Breacher Drone
Field Upgrade	Comm Scrambler
Gloves	Scavenger Gloves
Boots	Covert Sneakers
Gear	Ghost T/V Camo

The Demolition Vest is important for getting back your Stim and Lethal once you have used them. The Comm Scrambler will help you scramble the radars of enemies so that you can sneak behind them and get close to them, as with the TYR you “have” to engage in CQC.

The Tyr doesn’t have a lot of ammo, so the Scavenger Gloves will help you get ammo from the enemies once you have eliminated them. The Covert Sneakers will eliminate your footsteps so getting closer to your enemies will become almost effortless.

Finally, the Ghost T/V Camo will keep you protected from the UAVs and other detection systems. So, you can just keep on running freely throughout the map.

That would complete my TYR loadout and class setup for Modern Warfare 3. In my opinion, this is the best setup you can build in the game..
