Zombie Army 4 Dead War Lag – Zombie Army 4 Dead War is a third-person tactical zombie shooter developed and published by Rebellion. These guys are the one who gave you the Sniper Elite series. In fact, Zombie Army 4 is based on the same engine that was used in Sniper Elite 4.

The game has both Single Player and Multiplayer co-op modes where a total of 4 players can team up together and fight side by side. The whole campaign can be played with up to 4 players.

Verify the in-game files

On the Epic Games Launcher you actually get the option of getting the in-game files of your game verified. Doing this would download any missing files and would fix some issues you are having.

  1. Open Epic Games Launcher
  2. Go to Library
  3. Click on “thee dots” under Zombie Army 4 : Dead War

Or you might be using a version that has bugs and as a result the performance of your system is getting affected.

So check whether you have pending Windows updates or not and update your OS. Here is how to do it:

  • Click on Update & Security

Avoid Overclocking your graphics card

The random crashes and freezes that you are experiencing in Zombie War 4 Dead War might be due to an overclocking application or utility running in the background.
