Slowed in Diablo 4 – Diablo 4 is an MMO RPG Action Adventure Game developed by Blizzard Entertainment, and it is their fourth main instalment in the Diablo Franchise. The game was first announced at Blizzcon, and after the lengthy Early access Period, it finally saw the light of day on the 6th of June. What is Slowed in Diablo 4
It is a Movement Impairing crowd control effect, and the target of such will have reduced movement speed.
Slowed Related Skills
Depending on the class, different skills have different effects. Here is a list of all of them with a brief explanation:
Barbarian
No Mercy: Against the Slowed, Stunned or Immobilized enemies, players have an XX% of Critical Strike Chance increased.
Druid
Perfect Storm: When damaging a Slowed, Immobilized or Vulnerable enemy, players’ Storm Skill grant 1 Spirit and further deal 15% increased damage.
Nature’s Reach: To distant enemies, deals XX% increased damage. This is doubled when the enemies are Knocked Back, Slowed, Stunned or Immobilized.
Crushing Earth: To the Knocked Back, Slowed, Stunned or Immobilized enemies, this Earth skill deals XX% of increased damage.
Necromancer
Decrepify: The target area is cursed. The enemies affected by this skill get slowed by XX% and further deal YY% of decreased damage for 10 seconds.
Terror: To the slowed enemies, the Darkness skills deal them XX% bonus damage, and the enemies who are either Immobilized or Stunned are dealt with YY% bonus damage. These bonuses get stacked and then are applied to the Shadow Damage that players’ Minions deal.
Rogue and Sorcerer
For both of these types, there are no skills known.

Sorcerer Aspect
The Aspect of Singed Extremities: For 4 seconds, the enemies are slowed by XX% after the immobilization wears off.
