Square Enix’s much-awaited ambitious project, Valkyrie Elysium, is finally here. At this moment, this game is only available on PS5 and PS4. PC players will get access to Valkyrie Elysium from November 11, 2022.
I am pretty sure most of you know by now that Valkyrie Elysium is a Third-persion Action RPG title. This game incorporates speedy combat, flashy moves, and the series’ signature Einherjar system.
An Einherjar is a strong warrior spirit selected by the Valkyrie that can prove to be really useful in battles. Summoning Einherjar imbues the Valkyrie with elemental bonuses, giving players a tactical advantage in battle.
Now, there is no doubt that Valkyrie Elysium is an awesome RPG title, and I can vouch for that after playing it on the PS5. But, this game does have some tricky puzzles, which, if not paid attention to, could prove to be difficult to solve. One such puzzle is the Broken Bridge puzzle, which is also the very first puzzle of the game.
During the Tutorial, you will come by a bridge that is broken and has blue floating particles in the middle. If you have been paying attention to the tutorial, it should be a piece of cake. But if you were fully focused on destroying enemies, and didn’t pay much attention to the voice guiding you or the tips on the screen, you find mind this puzzle difficult.
This is how you can solve the broken bridge puzzle in Valkyrie Elysium.
How to cross the Broken Bridge in Valkyrie Elysium
To cross the broken bridge:
- First, you need to go and stand at the edge of the bridge.
- Then, you need to press R3 on your controller to lock on to the other edge of the bridge.
- Press R1 and then press the Circle button to Summon the Ice Einherjar.
- Once you summon the Ice Einherjar, she will aim at the gap and shoot a frozen arrow.
- The frozen arrow will form an ice platform in the middle.
- Now, just jump on the ice platform and cross the bridge.
And that is all you have to do. You need to actually remember this, as you will be using your Einherjar to remove a ton of obstacles from your path. Soon after this, you will encounter a huge Rock or a Boulder, that you will have to break by summoning the Lightning Einherjar. Truly, the possibilities are endless.
