To unlock or get the Gold Camo or Gilded Camo in COD MW3, you must complete a set of Weapon Challenges for every weapon. These can be done by leveling up the weapons and giving time to the game. But if you want to unlock a Gold Camo quickly, make sure you are focused on a single gun and level it up, and if you are unsure what the different challenges are, then you can check it out from the Camo Challenges page. Here are the steps you should take to check the current Camo challenges actively.
- First, launch MW3 and head over to the Multiplayer Loadout.
- Select Custom Loadout and select the Weapon.
- Click on the Gunsmith option and go to the Customization Tab beside the Build Tab.
- Here, you will be able to find all the different Base Camo Challenges for every weapon in that specific loadout.
- For example, If you want to unlock the Gold Camo challenge for the MCW, here are the Challenges:
- Complete All Base Camo Challenges – 0/4
- Get 3 Operator Eliminations with 1 Magazine 10 Times with the MCW – 0/10
To unlock the Weapon levels, you must use the selected weapon to level up and reach the next camo challenge stage. It will initially start as easy as getting kills and gets complicated and more challenging as you level up more and more.
