How to Skip Intro Video in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands

Wonderlands skip intro – Anybody else tired of seeing the multiple intro videos, every time you launch Wonderlands? Don’t worry as we have a fix for this.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a fantasy prequel to the already famous title Borderlands. The game is a standalone spin-off to Borderlands 3.

Wonderlands is actually based on a board game, that was first shown in a Borderlands 2 DLC released in 2013, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. Packed with action and RPG Elements, It is a first-person shooter game that features the classic borderlands feel but with a fresh new spin to it.

Coming back to the main topic, Borderlands titles have always to have multiple intros. Wonderlands is no different. Every time I launch the game, I get greeted with a barrage of intro videos.

For the first few times, I wasn’t paying attention. It was while testing the different video settings combinations, I started getting annoyed from seeing the same videos, after every restart. And these intro videos are extremely loud too.

Can we skip the Wonderlands intro videos

The simple answer to this would be, yes you can skip the videos. And it totally makes sense because these videos play every time the game is launched. And the worst part is there is no option to skip them in-game. This is really frustrating because it feels like we are being forced to watch them every time.

How to Skip the Intro Videos in Wonderlands

Well, since Gearbox has not provided any simple or straightforward method to skip the videos, I had no other choice but to fiddle with the files in the installation directory. Fortunately I did find a solution. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Go to the location where you have installed Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. It should be in your Epic Games Launcher folder
  2. Open the TinyTinasWonderlands folder
  3. Now open the OakGame folder
  4. Open Content
  5. Then open the Movies folder
  6. Inside the folder you will see these video files:
    Wonderlands Intro Videos
  7. Make a backup of these videos in a different folder: 2KLOGO.mp4, GBXLOGO.mp4, and Intro.mp4
  8. Now, delete or rename them

Start the game, and you should directly land on the “Flying Dragon Screen”. If anything goes wrong, which I am pretty sure it won’t, you can just take the backup videos, and paste them back at their location, again.
