How to manually save game in Atomic Heart

Atomic Heart Save Game – Atomic Heart is a beautiful game we enjoy playing. The story, as we progress, feels a little weak, and the biggest con of this game is that the cutscenes cannot be skipped, and to be honest, I dozed off to sleep while waiting and watching the cutscenes. The game is also excellent, set in the Facility 3826 in Soviet Union.

The game, however, doesn’t clearly explain how you can save your game progress. We have noticed it auto saves, but there is no clear information about how to save Atomic heart like most other games manually.

So, this article will guide you on manually saving your game progress in Atomic Heart.

How to manually save the game in Atomic Heart

To manually save your game in Atomic heart, visit the safe Areas. These secure areas are also known as the breakrooms, and each room has a Manual Savegame Machine. These Red colored phones are scattered all around the map, commonly located near the vending machine. So always be alert when you come across red vending devices or breakrooms, especially when exploring underground areas.

Remember that the Atomic heart also has an auto-save feature, and the game will automatically save as you keep exploring the map. Atomic nature automatically saves your progress after or before significant events, so you don’t have to redo the entire quest from the last saved location.

The first Save Location we encountered was during the initial mission was “Wanted Dead or Alive”, where you are be tasked with finding Viktor. When you are inside the facility, there will be a door on the right side. Open it, and you can get your first manual save locations. As we said, there are other locations in the game where you can save your progress.

Once you come near the Red Colored Phone booth, it will prompt you to press the F button to interact with it, and there will be a notification on the screen saying that the game has been saved.

So this was all about manually saving the game in Atomic Heart.

The Atomic Heart is a new game developed by Mundfish and published by the Focus Entertainment and 4Divinity. This is a first person action adventure game that includes shooting, slashing and killing mechanical, biomechanical and the Biological enemies. Killing enemies in this game is not a piece of cake, and just like Metro, the Ammo here is scarce and features quick time events as well.
