The Flammable Fluid drops off from the two Apex Zombie Variants, the Inferno Crushers, and the Firestorm Sobbers. You can encounter these Apex Variant Zombies while fighting Bosses like Becki the Bride, especially while progressing through the main storyline. Remember that these Apex variants are similar to the ones you will find, like the Slobbers and the Crushers, when roaming around the explorable areas. Use Fire to damage them instead of physical attacks so that they drop off the Flammable Fluid in Dead Island 2.
Also, you will have to remember that not every time you will land up with Flammable Fluid. Sometimes, you will only get Zombie Parts as random loot. Even if you slaughter the Firestorm Slobber, there is no guarantee that you will get the Flammable Fluid. You might have to take down the Inferno Crusher or the Firestorm Sobber multiple times before you can get your hands on it.
How to Defeat Apex Zombies in Dead Island 2
Taking down the Apex Zombies can be hard if you are unaware of its weaknesses, but that is the only way to get the Flammable Fluid in Dead Island 2. You can take down an Inferno Crusher with Chemical Bombs or Chem Bombs or Water, which will inflict a Bleed Damage upon him during the process for a limited time.
Firestorm Slobbers are entirely immune to fire-type damage but weak against the Sharp, Bleed, and Shock Damage attacks. Both of these zombies spawn on a particular area of the map that is called Hot Spots. You will be able to find the Hot Spot icons on the map itself but remember you need to kill these enemies as bosses before they start appearing in the hotspots.
As soon as you get your hands on this item, you can upgrade your weapons with a firepower that can burn down any Zombies in front of you.
