How to get the Trinity Ghoul Catalyst

The Exotic Catalyst for Trinity Ghoul does not have a set drop location and it is not tied to any Exotic quest either. People who have managed to get the catalyst so far are claiming to have gotten it as a random drop from Trials, Playlist Strikes, normal Crucible matches. It is not a surprise as a lot of weapon catalysts drop from these activities. So go ahead and start farming.
