Are you using Windows 10 version 18362.0?

At this moment majority of the people who are facing crashes are Windows 7 users. People who have Windows 10 updated to version 18362.0 or higher are doing just fine. There are some exceptions though.

Check Anti-Virus Software on your System

Anti-Virus software hooks very deep into user systems and can affect disk and network operations which can cause crashes in games. Some games also use copy protection technology that can appear as malicious software to an AV scanner, resulting in potential false-positive alerts.

Try disabling your Anti-Virus software temporarily and then run Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions. It may also be necessary to add exceptions for Captain Tsubasa in your AV configuration.

Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions is at a very early stage at the moment. So expect a ton of patches and updates from the developers. All you have to do is be patient and wait for the developers to address the issues.
