Hogwarts legacy was released just a few days ago, and the hype is unbelievable. The Potterheads have jumped right into the game to experience the wizarding world that the game has to offer. Like the books and the movies of this series, the game also has a lot of spells, and among them is the famous disarming charm, Expelliarmus.
In the game, spells would basically help you in offense and defense of the character you play. Although it seems really simple, you would really benefit from an explanation as to how you can actually unlock these spells. So, to begin, here is how you can learn Expelliarmus in the game Hogwarts Legacy.
How can you learn Expelliarmus(Disarming Charm)?
All this while, spells have formed a major part of the Hogwarts Series, and it is no surprise that this would also be a part of the game. Although you would not find the game to be exactly similar to what you have read or watched, instead, you will get a whole new experience of the wizarding world by being able to explore places like the Forbidden Forest, Hogsmeade, and of course, Hogwarts itself. Like in the series, you will be able to brew potions too and learn and use spells also, including Expelliarmus, Expecto Patronum, Wingardium Leviosa, and what not!
As mentioned previously, you can equip the spell Expelliarmus and cast it in the game. This spell was what helped Harry to win over Voldemort. It has the most recognizable damage in the series. This spell was the one that helped reverse the death spell ‘Avada Kedavra’ and finally eliminate Voldemort.
To get this spell, you would have to finish Professor Hecat’s Assignment 2. This assignment basically requires you to make use of the spell ‘Incendio’ at least five times on an enemy, and after this, you need to dodge enemy attacks at least ten times by rolling.
After you have done both of these, go to Professor Hecat and meet her in the Class of Defense against the Dark Arts. There would be a small interaction following which she will teach you the Disarming Charm, Expelliarmus.
