Exploit Glyph is related to Vulnerability, which makes it the perfect fit for many builds, and that’s why it’s worth having as soon as you can get it. No matter your class, you’ll need the Exploit Glyph eventually!

Here are the benefits it provides

Every time you damage an enemy, they become vulnerable for 3 seconds. Further, this doesn’t happen more than once for a cooldown timer of 20 seconds per enemy. (For Druid, Rogue and Barbarian classes). 1.0% increased damage is dealt to Vulnerable targets given that 5 Dexterity is purchased within the range!

Lastly, dealing any damage to an enemy that’s now vulnerable will increase your damage output by 1% (x) for 6 seconds, up to 10% (x). (For classes Necromancer and Druid).

These were the effects of the Exploit Glyph in Diablo 4. Now, let’s talk about how you can get the Glyph.

How to get Exploit Glyph in Diablo 4

Before we get into how you could get it, you should probably know that you need to be level 50 at least to get the Exploit Glyph. Further, there’s no confirmed way to get it in a single go. There’s a certain chance you’ll get it as a drop, making it harder to obtain. Exploit Glyphs tend to drop from Dungeon Bosses, Elites, and Chests, but there’s more; the best way to obtain the Exploit Glyph is through Nightmare Dungeons.

Nightmare Dungeons are a pain to unlock, too; you’ll have to Finish the Campaign, followed by the Epilogue and then the Cathedral of Light capstone Dungeon at World Tier 2. Once this is done, you’ll end up unlocking World Tier 3 and Nightmare Dungeons.

Getting it might take some time and grinding, but it’s absolutely worth the effort.
