What is Imp’s seal in Elden Ring

Imp’s Seal Elden Ring – Elden Ring is an action role-playing game set in the Lands Between, sometime after the titular Elden Ring’s Shattering. To connect all the shards, restore the Elden Ring, and become Elden Lord, players must explore and fight their way through the enormous open universe. Hidetaka Miyazaki directed Elden Ring, which was produced in partnership with George R. R. Martin. Bandai Namco published it and FromSoftware produced it.

Coming back to the main topic, I am seeing people talking about something called the “Imp’s Seal” for a very long time. People who play Elden Ring religiously know what it is, others don’t.

That is why I decided to put up this guide about Imp’s Seal in Elden Ring

What is Imp’s seal in Elden Ring

Imp’s Seal is an effect that you will come by when to try to enter an Evergaol. If you receive the Imp’s Seal in Effect prompt (pop-up) when attempting to enter an Evergaol, there has to be an Imp Statue nearby. You must locate the statue and feed it Stonesword keys.

The seal will be removed once you’ve inserted a Stonesword key, and you’ll be able to interact with the Evergaol properly. I think my first encounter with the Imp’s Seal was when I was trying to enter the Weeping Evergaol.

Now, if you don’t know what Stonesword Keys are. They are a somewhat uncommon consumable item found all across Elden Ring. These small stone swords serve as keys to sealed regions ranging from small chambers with loot to bypasses, alternate travel pathways, and even dungeons with boss monsters that must be defeated in order to get access to the wealth within. They can be found throughout the entire map in Elden Ring. You can even buy them from some sellers, actually.

Coming back to the main topic. As you explore Elden Ring, you’ll see several Evergaols. While you will be able to enter most of them without a Stonesword key (The Stormhill Evergaol is an example of an Evergaol that is not sealed). Some of them will require one or two Stonesword keys. Just check the Statue, and it will tell you how many keys it needs. If it already has a key, you only need one more. If not, two will be required to break the seal. It’s also worth noting, once used, you won’t be able to get back your Stoneword Keys anymore.

That is all the information I have about Imp’s Seal in Elden Ring. If you think this guide has helped you, then let us know in the comment section below. And for more Elden Ring guides, keep an eye on Frondtech. Good luck!
