Star Wars Jedi Survivor Save and Config File Location

After a lot of anticipation, Star Wars Jedi Survivor is finally available. The PC version of the game, in its current state, is not every playable, but fans are still trying their best to have a good time

Two of the most common technical items that one might need to look for while playing the game are Save and Configuration files. However, finding these files is not an easy task, and one has to have a good knowledge of navigating PC drives to locate them. The good news is that we have already done the hard work for you. This guide will help you locate your Jedi Survivor Save and Config (or Configuration) file location on your PC.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Save File Location

Here is where the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Save files are located by default:

  • C:\Users\[Your Username]\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor

You will find around four files there. SaveGame00, GlobalSaveData, GameUserSettings, and Backup00. All of those are your save files.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Config File Location

Normally, save files and config files are found at the same location. But that is not the case with Jedi Survivor. Here is where the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Config files are located by default:

  • C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

The config file is called “GameUserSettings.ini.” The default format of the Config file is .ini. But for some reason, if there is a need for you to edit the file, then you can do that by opening it with Notepad or Wordpad.

Note: Although the Config file is editable, we strongly suggest that you don’t try to edit it unless, of course, you are familiar with the Config file coding and are absolutely confident that whatever changes you do will not cause the game to break.

Now, a lot of you might not be able to find the AppData folder, because it normally tends to be hidden. Here is what you to do to make the folder visible:

  1. Select and open any folder on your PC, whether a new or an existing one.
  2. Go to the View option on top of the folder Window
  3. You will find an option called “Show Hidden Files and Folders.”
  4. Check the box and click on Apply

If you are on Windows 11, then:

  1. Select and open any folder on your PC, whether a new or an existing one.
  2. Click on the three dots(…) on the top of the folder.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Click on the “View” tab.
  5. Click on “Show hidden files, folders, and drives” under “Hidden files and folders”.

You will find the AppData folder when you return to the C:\Users\Your username.
