Roll back to previous version

If you are witnessing the bug with your present version of the Geforce Experience application then try uninstalling it and download an older version. You can check out and download various versions of  Geforce Experience from here.

Uninstall Drivers

Try uninstalling your Nvidia drivers from “Add or remove programs” option.

  • Type “Add or remove programs” on your Windows 10 search bar
  • Click on the first search result
  • Look for all the programs that has Nvidia written on it or has the Nvidia logo on it and uninstall them
  • Then download all the latest drivers from here and re-install everything.

Advanced Method #1

  • Go to your Windows search bar
  • Type Services and click on the top search result
  • Locate Nvidia Telemetry Container from the list
  • Right click on it and click on Properties
  • Click on the Log on tab
  • Click on Local System Account
  • Click Apply
  • Right click on Nvidia Telemetry Container again
  • Click on Start if it is not running already

You are good to go! Now try to open Geforce Experience.

Advanced Method #2

  • Go to your Windows search bar
  • Type Services and click on the top search result
  • Locate Nvidia Display Container from the list
  • Right click on it and click on Properties
  • Change Startup Type to Automatic
