The Rubber armor is located next to the Teniten Shrine in a cave. This shrine will be located south of Whistling Hill in Central Hyrule. Follow the steps below to get the Rubber armor in the game Zelda Tears of the Kingdom:

  1. Go to the location as has been marked on the map.
  2. Search for a cave entrance that is blocked by rocks.

  3. Head to the rock nearby and then build a Rock hammer using Fuse.
  4. To open the entrance, make use of the Rock hammer. Enter the cave (Whistling Hill Cave).

  5. This cave contains Rubber Armor. Head on inside and defeat the one-eyed bats. Cut down the vines, and to do so, use the Stone axe.

  6. When you reach the end of the cave, you will have to climb the wall and reach the platform to the left.
  7. Make use of your Shield to protect yourself from the Rock throwing worm. Upon doing so, get past the worm and search for another blocked entrance.

  8. Again, break it open with the help of the Rock hammer. Now, here you will have to defeat the Electric worm.

  9. After doing so, go ahead where you will find on the ceiling a Blocked entrance.
  10. Here, the blast opens the entrance using your bow and attaching the Bomb Flower.
  11. Finally, scale the wall. You will find a chest placed in a shrine, and it shall contain the Rubber Armor.
