This guide will show you where your Resident Evil Village save files and config or configuration files are located on your PC.

The location of all the Resident Evil Village save game files is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\”Your Steam username”\1541780\remote\win64_save\
The number of files depends on the number of your saves in the game.
Resident Evil Village config file location
The location of all the Resident Evil Village config file is : steamapps\common\Resident Evil Village\
Note : The easiest way to find the config file is by going to the drive and folder where you have installed RE8. The config is located just inside the installation folder only.
You should find two files inside the folder. One is “config” and the other one is “config_default“. The “config” file contains the data of your in-game video settings. It should look like this:
Remember, whatever changes you make in the config file, your settings would get affected. I would recommend that you make a copy of the file first, and then make whatever changes you want.
