Rage 2 – Nvidia Game Filter Not Working Bug – Not Supported – How To Fix
What is Nvidia Game Filter?
Nvidia Game Filter is a very exciting feature included in Nvidia’s Geforce Experience application. With the help of Game Filter players can play with a lot of aspects like clarity, sharpness, HDR toning, bloom, etc. If they want they can apply different effects on the game they are playing to make it look completely different. If a game supports Nvidia’s Game Filter then there are a ton of things that can be done.
What is the Nvidia Game Filter Bug in Rage 2?
It is a bug that is not letting people use the Game Filter feature from Nvidia’s application Nvidia Geforce Experience in Rage 2. Whenever players are trying to use the Game Filter feature while playing Rage 2, they are getting a message that says ‘A supported game is required to use this feature‘.
We all know that Rage 2 has proven itself to be disappointing for a lot of people. Especially for those who were waiting with their high end gaming PCs to enjoy the game at maxed out settings. But when the game launched, everyone realized that Rage 2 has low textures and it has some problems with the anti-aliasing, as a result the game appears to be a bit blurry even at maxed out settings.
This is where Nvidia Game Filter comes into play. By using the ‘Details‘ option in Game Filter, the in-game clarity and sharpness can be increased to eliminate the blurriness in Rage 2 and make the game look a lot better. Here are few screenshots of Rage 2 with Game Filter on.
