Players are not being able to change Resolution in Nioh 2 The Complete Edition

Nioh 2 is finally out on the PC platform, and the game is doing quite well so far. A few minutes after the launch of the game, numerous posts started popping up on the Steam discussions page of Nioh 2, where people started complaining that the game is not allowing them to change the resolution. As a result they are stuck at the resolution set as default by the game. The community didn’t take much time to figure out that this is a bug.

But the question is, how to fix this?

How to change Resolution in Nioh 2

Fortunately there is a working fix for this bug and it has been confirmed to be working by any users. The fix has been suggested by a Steam user with the name /Exaige. Here is his fix:

So, I was also having the resolution not changing issue. What fixed it was going to your User/Documents folder, finding the Koei Tecmo folder, Click the Nioh 2 Folder, right click the nioh2.exe, click properties, go to compatibility tab. At the bottom, click override DPI scaling, set it to application. The game will launch in a window. Proceed to settings, and all resolution settings should be there.

And that is all you need to do. This really a simple fix to be honest and should work for you.
