Type %LOCALAPPDATA% on your Windows search bar or just go this location : C:\Users\’Your Username’\AppData\Local\MK11
[Note: You have to check or tick the Hidden items box otherwise the AppData folder will remain hidden]

After opening the MK11 folder you will notice a .ini file called UserSettings.ini

Open UserSettings.ini with any text editor

After opening the file you will notice a line that says ‘DirectInput = on‘ just below [General]

- Unplug your controller
- Launch Steam
- Click on Settings from the Steam tab located at the top left
- Select Controller
- Click on General Controller Settings
- If you are using a PlayStation controller then select PlayStation Configuration Support. If you are using a Xbox controller then check the box beside Xbox Configuration Support
- Restart Steam
You are good to go!
