Key of Admittance Location in Hogwarts Legacy
First off, it could be a little tricky to locate it, but we’ll do our best to guide you as close to it as possible. Another thing for you to note would be that, for the Key of Admittance to be available for you, you’ll have to complete a bit of the main storyline, specifically when you’ve got access to Alohomora spell. One more thing that you’ll be required to do is to complete Niamh Fitzgeralds Trial and upgrade the same spell to level three. Once you’ve done the same is when you’re good to go. It’ll take some time, as farming enough of the Demiguise moons could prove to be a tough task.
To locate the Admittance key, get onto your broom and into the sky, locate the tallest tower in the realm of Hogwarts and make way to the same. Once you’re close enough, circle around the tower to find a platform and land on the same.
Now, make your way up the stairs until you come across a level three door. You can also get to this location by using Floo Flame to fast travel to Grain Staircase > Trophy Room. But you will have to run quite a bit to reach the location.
Anyway, use your Alohomora Spell to unlock the same, and once you do, make way to the Headmaster’s Study Room. You’ll find the Key of Admittance here on the table. You will also unlock the “Room with a View” achievement, when you visit this room.
Once you’ve got the key of Admittance, you can consider for the tougher part to be over. All you to do to use the same now would be as follows:
Head to the Trophy room Floo Flame fast-travel point, which can be found at the Grand Staircase section of the Castle. Once you’re here, look for a locked gate and use the spell once again to open it. You’ll see a stairway leading upstairs. Follow the same till you reach a hallway full of Statues. Once here, go to your right, where you’ll be able to find an unusual door.
You’ll be able to use the Key of Admittance to open this door, and once you’ve done so, you’ll also be gaining access to the room where the Book of Admittance is shelved. Use Revelio there, and you will get Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance field guide page and a bunch of chests around for you to open. Make sure you do so!
