How to Give Thanks at the Shrine in Diablo 4

Diablo 4 has a ton of quests and side quests. Most of them are quite straightforward, but some might throw you for a loop. One of them is a sidequest called Traveler’s Prayer.

Traveler’s Prayer is a sidequest that you unlock after reaching Yelesna. Another quest that you get from the location is the Unyielding Flesh quest. You get the Traveler’s Prayer side quest from by reading “A discarded Pilgrim’s Letter.” In the Traveler’s Prayer sidequest your objective is to “Give thanks at the shrine.” It is a pretty straightforward quest, really. All you have to do is go out of Yelesna, visit the Location marked on the map, find the Shrine and complete the objective.

Seems pretty simple, right? But a lot of people, believe it or not, are having a tough time with this sidequest. Here is why.

How to Give Thanks at the Shrine in Diablo 4

Firstly, if you are not being able to locate the Shrine, here is the exact location:

Now, the problem is people who are being able to locate the Shrine, are not being able to figure out how to “give thanks” to the Shrine. Because when you stand in front of the shrine, there is no way to interact with it. So what to do?

Well, you will actually have to use the “Thanks” emote in front of the Shrine, to give thanks to the Shrine.

So all you need to do is press the Up botton, or whatever your Emote button is, on your PS controller to bring up the Emote Wheel, press L1 to go to the left page of Emotes, then you will find the “Thanks” emote. Select it, and your character will say Thanks to the Shrine.

Once you have successfully done that, a Pilgrim’s Supplies chest will spawn at the location. Open it, and you will get some Elixirs.

Now I got the Iron Skin Elixir and Weak Acrobatics Elixir from the chest. If you get something else, let me know in the comment section below.

After claiming the Pilgrim’s Supplies you will successfully complete the Traveler’s Prayers sidequest.

And that is all I had regarding “How to Give Thanks at the Shrine in Diablo 4.” If you have questions, let me know in the comment section below.
