The best way to obtain it is to accept the quest “Brrr Plus Zzzzz Equals?” from the quest board or speak with Chichae the quest damsel.
You can also host it yourself with your friends, but we’d much rather recommend using the Quest Board to play online with other Monster Hunter Rise players. You will have to travel to the Frost Islands on this quest and battle a Great Baggi and a Lagombi there. These two monsters are both of the Master Rank.
A little bit about Great Baggi: Large Monster Great Baggi makes an appearance in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise), not to mention there’s Lagombi as well, who is a smaller monster as compared to Great Baggi, don’t be fooled by its size though, it is arguable as difficult to beat him as the Great Baggi.
Large hostile monsters like the Great Baggi are the main target of hunts. On being defeated, they yield useful Materials, among which is the Torpor sac itself.
Which has a drop rate of about 30% as a target reward for finishing the task itself, another 20% chance to obtain it while breaking the Creature’s skull, and finally another 32% chance while carving the beast after finishing him off.
