You will find the Phantom Armor Set inside the Tamio River Downstream Cave. This is located towards the southwest of Rutile Lake. Here are the steps that you need to follow:
- We recommend that you first teleport yourself to the Usazum Shrine.
- After this, you must follow the western path through the woods.
- Upon reaching the edge of the woods, you must enter the Tamio River Downstream cave. So from the cliff, drop down.
- Keep following the route inside the cave. Make sure you get the Bubbul frog (you get this from the path on the right).
- Following this, take the path on the left and head further down inside the cave.
- You encounter a gloom-infested enemy. You can either fight it or just run past it.
If you wish to just run past it, then go north and run and head (going around) to the back of the cave.
If you wish to take down the enemy, we recommend climbing the nearby ridges and bombarding the enemy with arrows.
- After this point, you find a Breakable wall. Simply destroy it with the help of a hammer or bomb.
- Then, head up the path to open the chest. The chest contains the Phantom Armor set.
